Euronext corn (EMA) trades in euros per tonne on the Paris futures market. Main expiries are January, March, June, August and October. EMA prices are more sensitive to French and Ukrainian crop conditions than to US weather, unlike CBOT corn quoted in cents per bushel. Corn prices track USDA global balances closely. When the world stocks-to-use ratio falls below 25%, prices historically find support. The Euronext COT report (EMA) tracks weekly speculative fund positioning on the corn contract.
